Your organization holds a credit balance, and work done with its credentials is drawn from it at your prices. A new organization receives a free allowance when it is created, so it can start without buying anything. Owners and admins can see the balance. Owners buy more by card on the platform. ## Your prices Your prices are your organization's own rate card, and the platform shows it to owners and admins. Prices are per unit of work, such as a page, and differ between APIs. Ask `info@emtelligent.com` about contract pricing. ## When credit runs out When the balance is spent, your organization's credentials are refused until more credit is bought. That is the expected end of an allowance, not a fault. An owner can buy more on the platform, and the credentials work again within about a minute of the purchase. Two other conditions also stop your credentials, and neither is fixed by buying credit: * **Account hold.** emtelligent has placed a hold on the account. Contact `support@emtelligent.com`. * **Setup incomplete.** Your organization's setup did not finish. Contact `support@emtelligent.com`. The platform shows every member which of these applies, and whether it is something your organization can fix itself. ## Usage history Owners and admins can see your organization's usage over time: how much of each kind of work, such as pages, by day. The same view breaks usage down **by credential**: each API key and OAuth client, with what it did. Use it to check what a credential has been doing, for example when it may have leaked. Usage recorded without a credential is shown as its own line rather than left out. ## Chart Review Chart Review is licensed per seat rather than drawn from credit.
