Chart Review seats | emtelligent Documentation

Chart Review is licensed per seat. Your organization holds a number of seats, and each person who should use Chart Review is assigned one. A person without a seat cannot open it.

Buying and assigning seats

An admin can hand out the seats the organization has but cannot buy more. When every seat is assigned, an admin frees one by taking it back from someone, or asks an owner to add more.

A seat is separate from a role. An owner may hold no seat, and a member may hold one. A suspended member cannot open Chart Review, and keeps their seat for when they are reinstated.

Opening Chart Review

People open Chart Review from the platform, and sign in with the same account. Which Chart Review deployment your organization uses is set up by emtelligent, so nobody in your organization needs to know or configure its address.

Billing

Seats are billed as a subscription, separately from the prepaid credit the APIs draw on. Work done in Chart Review by a person with a seat is covered by the seat. See Billing and usage for the APIs.
