Overview

Accounts, credentials, billing and Chart Review seats, in one place

The emtelligent platform, at platform.emtelligent.com, is where your organization manages its access to emtelligent’s APIs and to Chart Review. It holds:

  • Your organization and its members. Who belongs, what role each person holds, and how new people join.
  • Credentials. The API keys and OAuth clients your systems use to call the OCR, Prep, NLP and Extract APIs.
  • Billing and usage. Your prepaid credit, your prices, and what each credential has used.
  • Chart Review seats. Who in your organization may open Chart Review.
  • Terms. Your organization’s acceptance of emtelligent’s terms of service.

The APIs themselves are documented in their own tabs. This tab covers everything that comes before the first call and everything an IT or security team asks about afterwards.

Organizations

Everything on the platform belongs to an organization: your company, or the part of it that uses emtelligent. Credentials, credit, usage and seats are all the organization’s, not any one person’s. When someone leaves, the organization keeps its credentials and its history.

A person can belong to more than one organization, with a different role in each.
