Versioning & Upgrades

The NLP API is a large and complex piece of software, and it is under intense active development. As we add new features and improve accuracy, in order for our customers to deal with breaking changes and obtain the maximum benefit from new features, understanding our versioning and the compatibility of different components becomes very important.

This section contains information to help our customers understand the components of the system, how they are versioned, and determine when their client software needs to be upgraded, and if an Output Database migration will be necessary.
